The City of Yellowknife has designed this anonymous reporting system to be available online for the use of City of Yellowknife employees only and only for reporting incidents that fall under the Whistleblower Policy such as illegal acts and serious breaches of the City’s Ethical Conduct for City of Yellowknife Employees guidelines. Employees are encouraged to report such matters to their manager using established channels of authority but may report them through this reporting system particularly if they fear retaliation. This anonymous reporting system does not require you to provide your identity in order to forward a report to the City of Yellowknife. You can choose to remain anonymous. However, as outlined in the Whistleblower Policy, in some cases, an investigation may not be possible unless the source of the information is identifiable and/or if insufficient information has been provided. This system will not forward any identifying information to the City of Yellowknife unless provided in your report.
